Airbnb’s Latest Deal in Property Rental Management

Airbnb has acquired Luckey Homes, a French startup specializing in the development of concierge services for individuals.

Established in 2015, Luckey Homes allows users to organize and manage their property rental or sublet as well as collect rental fees; acting as one’s concierge service provider. Keyword: service. “Acting as your very own personal assistant, our concierge will be present to tour the property, make sure everything’s is in perfect condition, hand over keys, and provide guests with any and all information they may need for a truly exceptional stay.”

The company has raised ~$3m since its inception.
