CLARA Analytics Expands Relationship With QBE Insurance

CLARA Analytics , the Santa Clara-based provider of AI for commercial lines, has announced that QBE Insurance has expanded its adoption of CLARA’s AI-based product suite across its Australian statutory claims, which includes workers compensation and CTP (auto liability) businesses. CLARA was first engaged by QBE Australia in September 2017 for its workers’ compensation claims and now the insurer will deploy CLARA’s newest product, CLARA litigation, which is designed to avoid and reduce the overall cost of litigation.

The goal of CLARA is to help insurers expedite simple claims, isolate and track complex claims, and decrease attorney involvement to reduce the cost of managing claims.
