Simplicity launches employee equity ownership program

Simplicity Group  has launched an equity ownership program for all active full-time and part-time W-2 employees. The financial products distributor said a majority of its employees became equity owners following the initial enrollment period.

The program allows employees to invest directly in Simplicity’s equity partnership and participate in share value appreciation alongside its partners and institutional investors.

According to CEO Bruce Donaldson, participating employees receive the same financial opportunity regardless of tenure, under the equity structure available to agency owners who merged their businesses into Simplicity, management and institutional investors.
