Furnished Finder adds renters insurance

Furnished Finder  has partnered with insurance infrastructure provider Sure to offer renters insurance within its platform.

Customers can obtain a quote and purchase coverage through a Furnished Finder-branded experience powered by Sure. Coverage includes personal property, liability and additional living expenses.

Furnished Finder specializes in monthly furnished rentals and serves traveling professionals, relocating families, digital nomads and other extended-stay renters. The company says its platform is used by more than 240,000 landlords.

Sure acts as the licensed insurance producer and is compensated by AmTrust Financial  for its services. Depending on availability, policies may be issued by Technology Insurance Company, Heritage Insurance Company, AmTrust Insurance Company, CorePointe Insurance Company, Wesco Insurance Company or another AmTrust underwriting affiliate.
