Sure has a ChatGPT app that lets users obtain renters insurance quotes through a guided conversation, with purchases completed on Sure’s website.

The app, listed as Sure Renters Insurance, checks state availability and collects information about the applicant and rental property. Users can select liability and personal property coverage, deductibles and add-ons before requesting a quote.

The integration creates a pending, non-binding quote and returns pricing when available, along with a single-use link valid for seven days. Users follow the link to review the quote and complete their purchase on Sure’s website.

The app brings information collection, coverage selection and quote creation into ChatGPT, giving Sure another channel to reach renters. Availability depends on state and eligibility.
