Experian launches credit card app on ChatGPT

Experian has launched a credit card shopping app on ChatGPT, allowing users to discover and compare offers from its partner network without leaving the conversation.

Users can compare annual fees, introductory bonuses, rewards rates and APRs. Those who want personalized offers are redirected to Experian, where members can view cards matched to their credit profile, including eligible preapproved and No Ding Decline offers.

The launch expands Experian’s use of conversational AI across loans, insurance and credit cards.

The company plans to add more personalized experiences and expand lender participation.
