Inszone acquires Aviza Insurance Agency

Inszone Insurance has acquired Aviza Insurance Agency, a Coldwater, Michigan-based independent agency specializing in farm, agribusiness, commercial, personal lines and employee benefits.

Aviza was founded in 1966 and serves clients across Coldwater and the surrounding Tri-State area. Owner Jake Eby, who has more than 30 years of insurance experience, acquired the agency from founder Dave Aviza in 2016.

Following the transaction, Aviza’s clients will gain access to Inszone’s carrier markets, technology and back-office resources as the agency integrates with the national brokerage platform.

Inszone, founded in 2002 and headquartered in Sacramento, operates offices in 28 states.
