Simplicity acquires Wright Wealth

Simplicity Group has acquired Wright Wealth , an estate and protection planning firm based in Geneva, Illinois. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Wright Wealth offers estate planning, life insurance, annuities, long-term care, and wealth protection services to clients in Illinois and across the Midwest.

Founder Eric Wright will join Simplicity as a partner and become part of its National Accounts team.

The acquisition expands Simplicity’s presence in the Chicago area.
