Inszone acquires Hocker Family Insurance

Inszone Insurance has acquired Hocker Family Insurance, a Morgantown, Kentucky-based insurance agency founded in 1926.

The fourth-generation agency offers personal, commercial, life, and health insurance. Its local team and Morgantown office will remain in place following the acquisition.

The deal expands Inszone’s presence in Kentucky and follows several recent acquisitions by the Sacramento-based brokerage, including Two Fong’s in California and Radwick & Lightle in Washington.
