Integrity partners with LIT Financial

Integrity has partnered with Houston-based independent marketing organization LIT Financial, adding another agency to its life and health insurance distribution network. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded by former public school educators Marcelo and Gabriela Vargas, LIT Financial offers life insurance and annuity products nationwide while focusing on recruiting, training, and developing new insurance agents.

Through the partnership, LIT Financial will gain access to Integrity’s technology platform, including IntegrityCONNECT and the AI-powered Ask Integrity assistant, along with lead generation, CRM, analytics, and business support tools designed to help agencies scale.
