Integrity acquires Allstate-backed Stride Health
Integrity has acquired Stride Health , a portable benefits technology platform for independent workers.
Founded in 2013, Stride has raised $85.9 million across six funding rounds from investors including Allstate, F-Prime Capital, NEA, Mastercard, Moderne Ventures, Venrock, and others.
The company now has 104 employees, down 15% over the past two years, and works with more than 140 gig economy and payroll platforms, including Uber, DoorDash, Gusto, and Amazon Flex, helping workers enroll in health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits.
Integrity said the acquisition expands its presence in the under-65 market by combining its AI-powered technology, agent network, and distribution platform with Stride’s consumer marketplace and enrollment technology.
Stride’s platform will be integrated with IntegrityCONNECT, Integrity’s platform for agents, which includes quoting, application and enrollment tools, a leads marketplace, CRM capabilities, and Ask Integrity, the company’s AI-powered digital assistant.

“At Integrity, we build solutions that make the insurance journey simpler, more accessible and more human — so every American family can enjoy the good days ahead. And now with Stride, our impact expands to serve millions of independent workers. Health coverage is highly personal and often requires tailored support to make the best decisions. We’ve always believed that technology works best when it goes hand in hand with human connection. By harnessing AI-driven technology across our omnichannel platform, we’re streamlining operations and enabling agents to focus on cultivating meaningful client relationships. Together with Stride, we can deliver an enhanced enrollment experience with personalized agent support that expands access to coverage and strengthens outcomes for all stakeholders. Integrity and Stride are fully aligned in mission and vision, and we look forward to advancing solutions that help broaden health coverage accessibility and drive lasting impact.” – Bryan W. Adams, Co-Founder and CEO of Integrity.
