Integrity partners with JEMS of Insurance Group

Integrity has partnered with JEMS of Insurance Group, an independent marketing organization based in North Riverside, Illinois, led by President Horacio Silva. Financial terms were not disclosed.

JEMS distributes Medicare, life insurance, annuities and ACA products through multiple affiliated offices across the Chicago area. It serves clients in Illinois and neighboring states, primarily focusing on Spanish-speaking customers.

The partnership gives JEMS access to Integrity’s technology and support, including IntegrityCONNECT for quoting, applications, enrollment, policy management and CRM, and Ask Integrity, its AI assistant.

Silva said consolidating work previously handled through individual carrier platforms has reduced the agency’s administrative workload.
