Trucordia acquires Idaho agency Richardson Insurance

Trucordia announced the acquisition of the assets of Idaho based Richardson Insurance, a personal and commercial lines agency founded in 1988.

Richardson Insurance was established by Randy Richardson and expanded from auto insurance into mortgage and real estate related coverage over the years. The agency serves personal and commercial lines clients and is known for its focus on customer education and accessibility.

The deal expands Trucordia’s presence in Idaho and adds a business with longstanding community relationships and a strong client retention record.
