Blue Zebra consolidates underwriting brands under single identity
Australia-based Blue Zebra Insurance has rebranded and consolidated its underwriting businesses, bringing SGUA, Allstate Underwriting Agency, The Proplab Group, and Point Insurance under a single Blue Zebra brand.
The move follows a share sale completed on February 11, 2026, formally creating one combined entity. Blue Zebra said the consolidation is designed to streamline operations and present brokers with a single access point across its underwriting capabilities.
Under the new structure, simpler risks will be processed through Zebra Lounge, the company’s digital underwriting platform, while more complex risks will be handled by specialist teams. The model combines automation with human underwriting, aiming to improve speed while maintaining oversight on higher-risk decisions.
Brokers remain central to the strategy. By merging previously separate brands and systems, Blue Zebra is aiming to reduce friction and simplify access to underwriting and claims expertise.
Over time, all legacy brands will transition fully into the Blue Zebra identity.
