Marsh McLennan Agency acquires Seitz Insurance Agency

Marsh McLennan Agency has acquired Seitz Insurance Agency , an independent agency based in Sidney, Montana. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 1961, Seitz Insurance provides commercial and personal lines coverage, with a focus on agriculture, crop, and energy risks. The agency expanded its footprint in 2023 through the acquisition of Bishop Insurance Services in Polson, Montana.

All Seitz employees, including co-owners David Seitz and Camila Skinner, will join MMA and continue operating from their existing locations. The deal strengthens MMA’s presence in eastern Montana, complementing its existing offices across the central and western parts of the state.
