CCC adds VSSTA to diagnostics network

CCC Intelligent Solutions  has added VSSTA to its diagnostics network, expanding the list of partners that can send scan and calibration documentation directly into CCC ONE.

The integration allows repair shops using VSSTA to have scan and calibration reports, along with the related invoice, automatically attached to the correct CCC ONE workfile. Shops using CCC Repair Workflow also receive an electronic copy of the invoice, reducing manual uploads and duplicate entry.

VSSTA provides remote diagnostic scanning and calibration services designed to support OEM repair procedures across a range of vehicle makes and models. CCC said the addition is meant to help repairers document ADAS-related work more efficiently as scans and calibrations become a more routine part of collision repair.

The move reflects continued demand for tighter links between repair workflows, diagnostics, and billing as modern vehicles require more documentation-ready repair processes.
