CCC launches pay management tool

CCC Intelligent Solutions has launched CCC® Pay Workflow, a new pay management tool to streamline payday conversations between collision repair technicians and payroll managers. Integrated into the CCC ONE® Mobile app, the tool gives technicians real-time access to paysheets and allows them to flag discrepancies and request adjustments without leaving the repair bay.

The tool aims to reduce confusion and friction around pay—a leading source of technician dissatisfaction and turnover—by replacing informal, in-person discussions with a digital workflow.
