Inszone acquires Dallas commercial property agency

Inszone Insurance  has acquired Scarbrough, Medlin & Associates, a Dallas-based agency specializing in commercial property insurance.

Founded in 1981, Scarbrough, Medlin serves property management firms, association management companies, and owners of multifamily and mixed-use properties. The agency also works with complex commercial risks, including school districts, electric cooperatives, oil and gas operations, contractors, and hospitality businesses.

The agency’s team will remain in place and continue operating from Dallas.

Headquartered in Sacramento and founded in 2002, Inszone offers property and casualty and employee benefits solutions and continues to expand through acquisitions. The brokerage now operates across more than 20 states, including Texas.
