ALKEME acquires five agencies

ALKEME Insurance announced the acquisition of five agencies across Indiana, New Jersey, California, and Florida, expanding its property and casualty capabilities and adding employee benefits expertise as part of its national growth strategy.

The acquired firms include Merritt Hall (Indiana), Couch Braunsdorf Insurance Group (New Jersey), JXX Insurance Agency (California), Bellwether (Florida), and Health Connect Insurance Agency (California), which specializes in health and ACA-related benefits. The deals strengthen ALKEME’s presence in key regional markets and support its coast-to-coast platform combining local agencies with national resources.
