ALKEME acquires D&S Agency

ALKEME has acquired Hardy, Virginia-based D&S Agency, an employee benefits firm founded by Bill Kite and Amanda Dammann.

D&S specializes in level-funded health plans, ACA compliance, cost and disease management, and enrollment strategies, serving clients in Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee, and beyond. The agency is known for its Cherry Tree Collaborative offering for level-funded solutions.

The deal strengthens ALKEME’s employee benefits expertise and expands its East Coast footprint. Since its founding in 2020, ALKEME has completed over 70 acquisitions and now operates from more than 60 locations across 30 states.
