Inszone acquires Bierschwale-Rees Insurance in Texas

Inszone Insurance Services has acquired Meyer & Rees, Inc., operating as Bierschwale-Rees Insurance, expanding its presence in Texas with the addition of the Fredericksburg-based agency.

Founded in 1903, Bierschwale-Rees is one of the oldest continuously operating insurance agencies in the region, serving personal and commercial clients with a strong foothold in the local tourism sector, including restaurants, wineries, and hospitality businesses. The agency has been owned by Todd Willingham since 2006.
