, a Sarasota based insurance data and analytics company, has raised $2.46 million in an equity offering, according to a new Form D filing with the SEC.
The offering closed on November 19, 2025, and was conducted under Rule 506(b) of Regulation D. Confianza sold the full $2,457,067 offering amount to five investors, with no remaining securities available. The company reported no use of brokers, no sales commissions, and no finder’s fees tied to the raise.
Founded in 2020, Confianza operates in the insurance sector and focuses on data driven risk intelligence. It provides risk intelligence to P&C insurers, delivering predictive loss analytics and actionable datasets that support underwriting, pricing, fraud detection, and portfolio optimization across commercial, personal, and property lines.

This marks Confianza’s third disclosed equity raise, following prior investments of $1.2 million in 2020 and $2.5 million in 2022.
