HDVI appoints Adam Barnett as CEO

HDVI has named Adam Barnett as its new Chief Executive Officer, a promotion from his previous role as the company’s Chief Underwriting Officer (CUO), a position he held for the past four years. Barnett succeeds Reid Spitz, who served as CEO starting in early 2025 following the transition of co-founder Chuck Wallace. After serving as CEO for seven years, Wallace moved to an Executive Chairman and Strategic Advisor role at HDVI.

Separately, Chuck Wallace, who is the HDVI Co-founder and Chairman, is also the CEO of Harbor TPA .

Harbor is developing a new Third-Party Administrator (TPA) that uses an AI-Native claims platform to automate highly manual adjuster workflows. Harbor aims to make claims management a strategic differentiator for its partners by providing a complete claims processing solution that combines generative AI with human expertise to achieve superior results throughout the claims lifecycle.
