Arch adds three senior underwriters across fleet and motor trade

Arch Insurance UK’s regional division has made three senior underwriting hires across its Motor Fleet and Motor Trade teams.

In Southampton, Paul Fincham joined as Senior New Business Fleet Underwriter, focusing on new business across the South and Thames Valley. He brings more than 25 years of motor underwriting and broking experience, most recently at AXA. Also in Southampton, Aaron Hobbs stepped in as Senior Existing Business Fleet Underwriter, overseeing renewals across the region after more than two decades in underwriting, including his most recent role at Aviva.

In Manchester, Arch appointed Helen Williams as Senior Motor Trade Underwriter within its National Underwriting Hub to support collaboration and solutions across the UK network. Williams joins from Geo Agriculture, where she served as Senior Underwriter.

Arch said the additions strengthen its motor capabilities and support its regional growth strategy.
