AIG announces leadership changes as Don Bailey retires

AIG announced the upcoming retirement of Don Bailey, Executive Vice President and CEO of North America Commercial Insurance, effective year-end as he steps down to focus on his health. Bailey’s nearly 40-year career included leading AIG’s North America Commercial business through a strategic repositioning that strengthened broker relationships and achieved record client retention.

Effective January 1, 2026, AIG will implement a new leadership structure under incoming President John Neal. Allison Cooper and Barbara Luck will become Co-Presidents, Retail, North America Commercial, and Lou Levinson will serve as President, Wholesale, North America Commercial.
