SoundHound AI deploys conversational platform at Primary Health Solutions

SoundHound AI  has partnered with Primary Health Solutions (PHS) to launch an AI-powered patient engagement platform named Denise, honoring a longtime PHS call center employee. The platform initially supports scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations, with future capabilities planned for reminders, referrals, refills, and billing.

Denise’s multilingual Voice AI Agents operate under HIPAA guidelines and are designed to reduce hold times for patients while freeing staff to focus on complex or sensitive issues. The initiative positions PHS as one of the first Federally Qualified Healthcare Centers in the U.S. to deploy conversational AI for patient engagement.
