Apivia Courtage partners with SoundHound AI

Apivia Courtage, part of AEMA Group, is partnering with SoundHound AI to roll out Amelia 7, the company’s latest agentic AI platform, across its contact centers. The launch builds on a prior deployment that boosted productivity by 20%.

Using Amelia 7, Apivia Courtage will automate inbound calls with AI agents capable of reasoning, acting, and performing complex tasks such as verifying identity, updating customer details, calculating contract changes, and scheduling meetings. The solution integrates SoundHound’s speech recognition and LLM-powered Agentic+ framework to combine natural language understanding with traditional workflows and human escalation when needed.
