Gallagher acquires Bremer Insurance Agencies

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has acquired Bremer Insurance Agencies , a P&C insurance broker serving commercial, agricultural, and personal lines clients in Minnesota, North Dakota, and Wisconsin.

Bremer Insurance, previously a subsidiary of Old National Bancorp following its acquisition of Bremer Bank, will join Gallagher’s Great Lakes region retail operations under the leadership of Sean Gallagher. Travis Hoaglund and his team will continue with the business.

Headquartered in Rolling Meadows, Illinois, Gallagher provides insurance brokerage, risk management, and consulting services in about 130 countries through owned operations and partner networks.
