Gallagher acquires Innovise Business Consultants

Gallagher has acquired Englewood, Colorado-based McMillan Insurance & Bonding, which operates as Innovise Business Consultants.

Innovise provides commercial insurance and surety bonding services, with a focus on the construction, energy, real estate and manufacturing industries.

The Innovise team, led by Jason McMillan, will relocate to Gallagher’s Denver office and report to Bret VanderVoort, head of Gallagher’s Western Zone retail property and casualty brokerage operations.
