Gallagher acquires Texas benefits agency Mund Group

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has acquired The Mund Group, a New Braunfels, Texas-based employee benefits agency. Terms were not disclosed.

The Mund Group provides benefits consulting and health and welfare program solutions to businesses across Texas.

Jeff Mund, Brandon Mund, Kristopher Mund and their team will remain in their current location under Leah Vetter, who leads Gallagher’s Central region employee benefits consulting operations.
