Allianz Direct acquires Eurofil

Allianz is acquiring French insurer Eurofil, a move that will make its subsidiary Allianz Direct the third-largest direct insurer in France.

The transaction includes Eurofil’s entire insurance portfolio as well as more than 300 employees

The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2025.
