Insurity Announces Executive Leadership Appointments
Insurity, Inc., a provider of core insurance processing software and data integration and analytics solutions, announced today the appointments of Jeffrey Glazer as Executive Chairman and Chris Giglio as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
Serving as Chief Executive Officer since 2011, Mr. Glazer has led the company through a sustained period of tremendous growth and success. In addition to taking the role of Executive Chairman, Mr. Glazer will work closely with Mr. Giglio to ensure a smooth handover of responsibilities.

Mr. Giglio has over 25 years of experience driving transformative growth, both organically and inorganically, at software companies. In his prior leadership roles across several industry verticals, he has consistently delivered market leading technology solutions that enhanced value for customers and won market share. He was most recently Chief Executive Officer of Aderant, a leading provider of business management software for law firms and other professional services organizations. During his six-year tenure at Aderant, Mr. Giglio led strategic initiatives that accelerated product innovation and spearheaded multiple acquisitions that expanded the company’s technology and service offering.

Prior to Aderant, Mr. Giglio spent over two decades serving in senior leadership roles overseeing strategy, operations, sales, marketing and technology development. He has deep experience broadening solution sets and growing customer relationships for technology and software companies. Mr. Giglio holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University.
