They’ve introduced “El Suizo de Zurich,” a character that uses real-life examples to explain insurance nuances simply, with a focus on advice, prevention, and humor. The content will incorporate popular TikTok trends, music, and memes to engage users.
The initiative not only demystifies insurance but also provides a platform for users to share concerns and feedback, allowing Zurich to refine their offerings. Silvia Heras, the Customer Director for Spain and Europe at Zurich, emphasizes the goal is to present information in an engaging manner while highlighting the value of insurance.
A pivotal figure in this endeavor is Jesús de Miguel Coll (Chechu), a six-year veteran of the company known for his customer-centric perspective. He believes in building an empathetic connection with customers, and this new content aims to present insurance in a relatable and entertaining light.
The campaign kicks off with a humorous poster display in Madrid and Barcelona. These posters feature QR codes leading viewers directly to Zurich’s TikTok profile, emphasizing the company’s modern approach to reaching its audience.
