Zurich adds CrashBay direct repair program

Zurich North America has partnered with CrashBay  to offer a direct repair program for its commercial auto and auto dealership P&C customers. The program launched in June, connecting policyholders with a vetted nationwide network of collision repair shops.

CrashBay coordinates repairs from assignment through completion, handling customer service, rental arrangements, supplemental repair requests, follow-ups, digital payments and inspections. The platform does not own repair facilities or perform repairs.

The program serves customer fleets including sales vehicles, delivery vans, rental vehicles and dealership demos.
