Zinnia updates SmartOffice platform for advisors

Zinnia updated its SmartOffice platform, introducing a redesigned experience aimed at simplifying workflows for life and annuity advisors.

The update focuses on navigation, usability, and mobile access, as advisors face increasing product complexity and service demands. SmartOffice serves as a central system for managing client relationships, policies, commissions, and service activity.

The refreshed version includes a cleaner interface, configurable workflows, and expanded mobile capabilities. Zinnia also integrated annuity quoting, submission, and tracking through its AnnuityNet add-on, allowing advisors to manage applications in real time within the same system.

The changes are designed to reduce administrative work and streamline post-sale servicing, with the goal of helping advisors execute faster and manage more activity from a single platform.

Zinnia said the updated SmartOffice is available to users as part of its broader effort to modernize infrastructure for the life and annuity market.

“Our goal is to make SmartOffice feel lighter and faster in the moments that matter most. We are simplifying the experience, strengthening day-to-day workflows, and expanding mobile servicing so advisors and their teams can spend less time managing systems and more time serving clients, following through after the sale, and growing their business.” – George Esposito, CEO of Zinnia.
