Zinnia announces leadership changes

Zinnia announced that Michele Trogni is retiring as Chief Executive Officer and Chair. She will remain a senior advisor to Eldridge and Zinnia through at least 2027.

George Esposito, currently Executive Vice President and Head of Insurance Platforms, has been appointed CEO and will join the Board of Directors. Esposito joined Zinnia in 2021 and has been involved in the acquisitions of Ebix and Policygenius, as well as insurer and distributor partnerships.

Ash Sawhney has been appointed President and will continue as Chief Revenue Officer. Sawhney previously held senior roles at Ebix, PlanetSoft, Sun Life, and State Street.

Trogni led Zinnia for five years and focused on building its life and annuity technology platform.
