World Insurance Associates acquires Mossbrook & Hicks

World Insurance Associates  has acquired Mossbrook & Hicks, a Cape May Court House, NJ agency with roots dating back to 1895. Terms were not disclosed.

The agency serves both personal and commercial clients. The deal expands World’s presence in southern New Jersey and brings another century-old firm into its growing network.

Legal counsel for World came from Giordano, Halleran & Ciesla, with TAG Consulting advising on the transaction. Rosenbloom Law Group represented Mossbrook & Hicks.
