World Insurance Associates acquires ML Ruberton Agency and MLR Risk Management

World Insurance Associates  has acquired the business of ML Ruberton Agency and MLR Risk Management, both based in Hammonton, New Jersey. The transaction closed on March 1, 2026, and financial terms were not disclosed.

MLR provides personal and commercial property insurance, life and health insurance, as well as consulting services.
