World Insurance Associates acquires C&A Insurance Agency

World Insurance Associates  has acquired the business of C&A Insurance Agency, a New York-based firm serving clients across New York and New Jersey. The deal closed on December 31, 2025, and terms were not disclosed.

Founded in 1985, C&A Insurance provides coverage for individuals, families, and businesses, with a focus on serving Chinese, Cambodian, and Vietnamese communities through multilingual support and culturally tailored service.

The acquisition expands World’s presence in New York City and strengthens its reach within immigrant communities, aligning with its broader growth strategy through local agency partnerships.
