Willis teams with NATS on aviation risk and resilience services

Willis Global Aviation & Space (WTW) and NATS have signed an MOU at the Dubai Airshow to jointly offer risk and resilience services to aviation stakeholders. NATS provides air traffic control services, while Willis brings risk and resilience advisory capabilities.

The partnership will combine airspace and on-the-ground expertise to help aviation providers manage geopolitical, cyber, climate, and operational risks. The companies will develop integrated solutions spanning airspace operations, regulatory readiness, and long-term planning.

NATS’ international lead Ben Kiff and Willis executives Tania Roca and Pamela Thomson-Hall highlighted the partnership’s aim to support safety and resilience across an industry facing growing disruption.

“Resilience in aviation is no longer a choice, it’s essential. Geopolitical shocks, cyber threats, climate disruptions, and supply chain volatility have become the norm in our industry. Through a holistic approach—from airspace to ground—we are designing resilience systems that don’t just recover from disruptions, they prepare stakeholders to meet global policy and regulatory developments, and provide assurance for human capital, investment, and long-term planning. I am so excited to be working with NATS with such a unique offering.” – Tania Roca, Executive Director, Risk & Resilience Advisory at Willis Global Aviation & Space.
