WTW adds AI assistant to Radar Vision

WTW has launched Radar AI Assistant, a natural language feature within Radar Vision, its performance monitoring tool for insurers.

The assistant lets pricing, underwriting, claims and portfolio management teams ask questions of their data and identify emerging issues. WTW says it can explain likely drivers behind the patterns it finds and connect those findings to recommended pricing and underwriting actions.

Radar is WTW’s insurance technology platform spanning pricing, underwriting and claims.

According to the company, more than 500 insurers use it worldwide.
