Voya Financial joins the Workday Wellness Partner Program

Voya Financial announced that it has been named a Strategic Workday Wellness Partner for Health. Through this collaboration, Voya will integrate its Employee Benefit Supplemental Health and Retirement solutions with Workday Wellness. This integration will provide Voya customers and plan sponsors who are already using Workday the option to further use Workday’s AI-powered insights that help simplify benefits administration and deliver a more personalized, flexible experience for employers and employees.

Workday Wellness is an AI-powered solution that offers a real-time view into the health benefits and wellness offerings employees use and value most. This collaboration is intended to deliver greater administrative efficiency for employers and provide actionable insights that maximize engagement with both employers and employees. Employers will gain powerful tools to help them measure the effectiveness of their benefit offerings and dynamically adapt those benefits to better meet their employees’ needs.
