Volante Global names Demian Smith Group CEO

Volante Global , a Lloyd’s syndicate and MGA owned by Acrisure, has appointed Demian Smith as Group CEO. Smith, who previously led Guy Carpenter’s Mutual, Agency and Captive Solutions business and served as CEO of StarStone Group, succeeds Chairman and Interim CEO Martin Reith, who will remain Chairman. The appointment is subject to contractual and regulatory approval.
