Change is happening at Vertafore. The insurance software provider, which last year was acquired by Bain Capital Private Equity and Vista Equity Partners at a valuation of $2.7 billion, is relocating its headquarters from Seattle, Washington, to Denver, Colorado, is laying off staff, shutting down offices, and seeing the approval rating of its new CEO, Amy Zupon, drop.
