Ventis raises line size to £70 million

Ventis Insurance , the commercial and residential real estate MGA, increased its line size to cover single buildings and assets up to £70 million per location. The move, backed by its capacity providers, positions Ventis among the MGAs with the largest available limits in the market.

The company said the increase reflects broker and client demand for higher coverage on large properties, while maintaining its focus on fast, straightforward underwriting. Earlier this year, Ventis also launched on Acturis to expand its mid-market reach.
