Meet Mango Techsurance :
The Moscow-based digital insurer in the making is looking to fix many problems, specifically; customers lack of trust in insurance companies, lengthy insurance contracts, the feeling of buying air, the inability to control one’s insurance, and poor support in communication channels that the insurance company chose – their words.
Led by Victor Lavrenko (read: “Building a don’t-be-evil insurance company”, Mango emerged on August 21, 2018 and is backed by Alfa Group, one of Russia’s largest privately owned investment groups. “We are primarily a technology company that runs the insurance service. We use the best world practices: we set goals according to the Google model, we develop culture in Netflix and copy the Facebook bonus system.”
