Mango introduces accident insurance for children

Mango Techsurance , the Russian insurer launched in 2018, is now offering accident insurance. As background, the Moscow-based digital insurer is led by Victor Lavrenko (read: “Building a don’t-be-evil insurance company”).

It launched on August 21, 2018, and is backed by Alfa Group, one of Russia’s largest privately-owned investment groups.

It originally offered home and renters insurance but has since expanded to pet and accident coverage.

The accident insurance is designed for children and is available on a monthly subscription basis. It provides injury coverage. Customers can select from three levels of coverage: simple, optimal, and extended.
