Tesla files new auto insurance program in Indiana

After the recent submission of a new auto insurance program in Tennessee, Tesla Property & Casualty is introducing a new program in Indiana.

The proposed effective date is March 1, 2026.

The filing includes a full self-driving (FSD) discount, which will be based on the percentage of miles driven on FSD each month.

Tesla recently expanded its insurance offering to 13 states with a launch in Florida, its first new state in more than three years.
