Tesla brings insurance coverage to Indiana and Tennessee

Tesla is now offering car insurance in Indiana and Tennessee. Coverage is now available to Tesla owners in 15 states.

Tesla’s three licensed carriers generated over $1 billion in written premiums in 2025.

The automaker also has a program with State National that had $329 million in written premiums in 2025.
