Stewart acquires Tower Title

Stewart Title has acquired Tower Title, a national title-services provider focused on telecommunications infrastructure. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Founded in 2019, Tower Title provides title services for telecommunications projects as well as solar farms, wind turbines, data centers and billboards. The business will join Stewart National Commercial Services’ Energy & Infrastructure group.

Tower Title co-founder and CEO Kevin Bradley said the company will continue to serve customers with Stewart’s backing.
